Let us
introduce you to the wonderful world of
wine.
This course can be attended by members of the
public as well as professionals in the Tourism
and wine industry.
Your 9 day visit to the Cape Peninsula and the
heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands in South Africa will allow you ample
recreational time to
tour our wonderful City, go to the top of Table
Mountain, spend a whole day touring as far
south as the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve
and enjoy other excursions. |
 |
You’ll do all this while obtaining the
prized and
highly recognised and respected Level 2
Certificate from the renowned Cape Wine
Academy which has trained students from all
over the world for the past 30 years. You will be
receiving training and lectures from some of the
leading winemakers and viticulturists in South
Africa. |

|
The Level 2 Certificate requires the student to
attend 3 days of lectures as well as visits on
other days to various wine estates for tasting,
cellar tours and practical demonstrations.
Although Level 1 is a pre-requisite for attending Level 2,
the course has been specially devised for our
overseas students to include Level 1 which will
save the student an extra day of lectures |

|
The practical examination will take place before
you leave South Africa and you will receive a
Certificate of Attendance at this stage.
Your final written examination will however
require more study time and will have to be
written after returning to your home country.
We will facilitate this exam which will be included
in the cost of the 9 day package.
On successfully passing this examination you
will receive the highly respected...
